What happens after an IDO?
Once the IDO is successfully concluded, and the TGE takes place, the token is immediately listed for trading on a decentralized exchange. 2014: Founder, Mads Hansen, and Mathias Reippuert begin trading and investing in stocks and commodities.

Hansen and Reippuert Launch their app to help thousands of people with becoming profitable investors. An app that truly helped them realize everything it would take to help people become profitable, getting to know all the user behaviors and mindset it was the perfect step to build a revolutionary platform which with AI, experts and blockchain will change the world of investing and finance.

Hansen and Reippuert file for SEC License to manage alternative investment funds F.T Number 25051 and become the youngest in Europe to hold this type of SEC License with up to €125 million manageable.
